PORT STEPHENS is one of the largest and best waterways in the world and is a great location for fishing, diving, swimming, water-skiing or any other water sport.

Port Stephens is also well known for dolphin watching and whale watching.

The property only has 2 apartments on the block, is WATERFRONT RESERVE and is located directly across from parkland, netted baths with sandy beach and public boat ramp which make for an enjoyable weekend or holiday for the whole family. Bring along the tinny or cruiser as the property houses a triple carport and plenty of off street parking.

It is only a 5 min boat ride to Soldiers Point and Nelson Bay where you can visit award winning cafes and restaurants for the day.
Worried about security of your vehicle or trailer whilst on the water for the day? Well don’t!! The boat ramp can be seen from the apartments and is only a one minute walk which means you have plenty of time to drop the car and boat trailer off back at the apartments before heading out.

Each apartment has a queen bed in the main bedroom and the second bedroom sleeps 3 and all bedrooms have built-in robes. The upstairs apartment can sleep 7 with the inclusion of a sofa bed. Both apartments have open plan living areas with flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchens have everything you need including a dishwasher, microwave, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. The kitchen also boasts a 4 burner electric range and under bench full oven, full size refrigerator and plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a hairdryer. Linen and Towels ARE provided.

Both apartments also have REVERSE CYCLE AIR CONDITIONING. There is also a laundry with a washing machine and dryer and a 4 burner Gas BBQ.

Each apartment has a full length balcony (11mt x 2.4mt) overlooking the park and waterways with outdoor furniture.

Nearby Shops:
There are a variety of shops and cafes at Lemon Tree Passage including a marina, butcher, newsagent, liquor store, post office, general store, pizza shop and take away.
A three minute drive is a Coles supermarket, bakery, chemist etc.

Activities:
Fancy a game of tennis, golf or bowls? We have it all!! The bowling club is 1 minute and also has a courtesy bus, the golf club is 5 minutes and the tennis courts and heated swimming pool is only 2 minutes away. There is also a RSL club 2 minutes away.
